Refund Policy – Newark & Sherwood United FC

Pre-Orders
All current products are sold as pre-orders. Dispatch is expected in or after December 2025. Customers may cancel and request a full refund at any time before shipping.

Returns
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@nsufc.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
We can exchange items for a different size or product if stock is available at the time your order is fulfilled. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.
